Return By Post

Ensure that your item is eligible for return by contacting our Customer Service team at hello@planetpet.com.au or calling 0490 720 856 before returning a parcel. Our live chat is also another option.

Make sure you include a copy of your electronic invoice and a description of the problem or reason for return with your item when returning it. If a fault is suspected, details are needed.

If you are legally entitled to return the goods, we will take care of returning them at your expense. Planet Pet's Customer Service team will email you a return label in these rare circumstances, which can be attached to the outside of the parcel where it can be seen.

You will be responsible for shipping costs, express postage, or other costs such as shipping packaging, postage, etc.

We will pay back all refunds once our team has received the items.

Change of Mind

In 14 days from the date of purchase, you can return any product for a full refund or exchange. Returns must be in new and saleable condition, accompanied with proof of purchase receipt and the original packaging it arrived in.

Faulty Goods Terms & Conditions

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are committed to honouring our obligations. If there is a significant problem with the product, you can get a refund or a replacement.

In this case, the product:

  • There is a problem with the item that would have prevented someone from buying it if they knew about it.
  • The quality and safety of this product are poor.
  • This product is not suitable for its intended purpose.
  • Compared to the sample or description, the difference is significant.
  • Isn't what we said it would be, or what you asked for, and can't be fixed easily.

If the item drops in value, you can choose to keep it, and we will compensate you for the loss. A refund or replacement will be offered if the problem is not severe within a reasonable time frame.
