Depending on how big and heavy your order is and where you want it delivered, delivery charges will vary.

Please enter your shipping address postcode or suburb and select the relevant location from the dropdown list. Click the "Go" button to proceed. You will be given the total cost for your delivery based on your postcode or suburb selected.
On the checkout page, before you pay, you will see what your final shipping charges will be. Prices are in Australian Dollars, and freight charges are in addition to the product price.

If you choose free shipping during the checkout, the shipping cost calculator will indicate how much it will cost to deliver to your selected postcode or suburb.
At this time, we are unable to deliver internationally. Depending on your destination and shipping method, you can expect your standard order to arrive in 2 — 10 working days.
Please note that our courier services are not available on weekends or holidays. You may experience some delays with your delivery around Christmas, Easter, and public holidays.
Order before 2 pm (AEST), and we'll deliver it the same day.
Like most delivery services, there is no standard time or day that the couriers who will deliver your order will deliver your goods. Deliveries are made on business days only between Monday and Friday between 8 am and 6 pm.
There is a special delivery instructions comment box available during the checkout process. Please note: not all requests will be able to be made; however, we will attempt to ensure we provide the best service we can.
Typically, if you are not home when the courier tries to deliver your order, the driver will leave a note telling you where to pick your package up from, unless requested for it to be safely left at your door or in a safe place.
The delivery time for online orders from Planet Pet varies depending on the shipping method and destination.
In rural areas, they can take up to ten days. We cannot guarantee delivery times as it may depend on stock availability and Public Holidays, as this may extend receipt by up to 21 days.

Planet Pet makes deliveries around Australia.
Your order can be delivered to a PO Box if you choose Australia Post as your delivery method. PO Box delivery may or may not be possible if there is another courier option.
